After seeing talented friends and colleagues leave the trade due to limited growth opportunities, they knew there had to be a better way—one where both team members and clients thrive.

Believing that great work starts with a satisfied team, Evan and Austin built ProEdge on a foundation of respect, opportunity, and growth. Their goal is simple: happy painters create beautiful, lasting results for happy clients.

With over 15 years of combined painting experience and professional backgrounds in high-growth, PE-backed, and public companies, they bring a unique mix of craftsmanship and business acumen to the industry. More than just business partners, Evan and Austin are lifelong friends with over 20 years of camaraderie—something they bring into the culture of ProEdge every day.
